Drastic Issues Call For Drastic Actions

When we are beset with dire issues, we must come up with innovative solutions that can propel us forward.
To overcome is a mindset of invincibility. To conquer at all costs.

There is no time for backsliding, for feeling sorry for ourselves, for trying to get sympathy from others for ourselves. It is the life of a loser.

Life is about seizing every opportunity to win. To persevere at all costs. And time is very important. The sooner we get to tackling our problems with unbeatable faith, the sooner the better.
Master the situation. A mind that does not take no for an answer will find a way to prevail. Keep trying until one succeeds.

As I overcome my health situation of being in a wheelchair with partial paralysis on my left side, the power of my mind must help me with my physical condition.
My personal go-to-card-to-get-out-of-jail is my prayers. Filling my mind with God's Word of Faith is my saving grace.

Whatever we choose to call God must work as our salvation. Our personal Savior must be Alive, Present, Almighty, and Powerful beyond compare.
Hallelujah! Thanks be to God! Amen.

What is your situation? Apply the take-no-prisoners plan of action, set of tactics. Be relentless, uncompromising. The science and art of command: Take root, burst forth.

Extreme Care When It Comes To Our Health

Extreme care must be taken when it comes to our health. We must not wait for a diagnosis of a major illness to take drastic action.
This is where I find myself right now. There is no more notable reason for taking absolute care of our health.

That is why I am going to great lengths to regain my physical condition. I am still in a wheelchair with left-side partial paralysis, having had a bleeding stroke (Hemorrhagic Stroke) since 2021.

My well-being starts with my diet: Everything I eat and drink. I have centered on a diet that will be beneficial to my recovery.
One such diet I found through trial and error over the years is the alkaline diet by a certain individual, Alfredo Bowman (Dr. Sebi).

Any denatured food, such as unseeded fruits and vegetables, is genetically modified. They are not natural and alkaline.

It has taken me much time to find what works. I find that this type of alkaline diet I am on really does accomplish for me what I want. It truly works wonders.
Now, having said that, you must discover for yourself what is truly wholesome to you.

After my last blog article, I have had enquiries about the alkaline diet. For me, it was a process of discovery. Just like me, you must also discover for yourself what works for you.

The alkaline diet I personally follow is unique. It is not like other alkaline diets. You will find yourself questioning the choices of food. You may find it restrictive, like I did.
What comes to mind is what you believe is true. A belief that took you your whole life to decide is in what you should eat or not.

For me, it was the same. Many questions arise. Other people have their views based on their belief systems. You will find yourself coming against your own past conditioning, your friends and family, and the vast number of other health advocates, like doctors and associations.
You will have to decide ultimately. It may be painful, and you may contemplate whether you are making the correct choices. And do you like to give up eating foods that you love? Such is the scenario I found myself in.

However, in my situation, I am in a wheelchair with left-sided partial paralysis. Drastic situations call for drastic measures. I have to live with my choices and actions. I am driven. I want to walk again. To you, it may not be so serious a case that you find yourself.
If you are still interested in following my choices, I will provide details in another article. In this life, we are beset with major illnesses. We must do our part in taking proper care of our health and well-being.

Remember, the choice is up to you. And YOU must determine for yourself, with your healthcare providers and doctors, what is truly the best choice YOU should make.

My Health Issue Teaches Me New Truths

I keep learning new truths since my health issue.
Today is the 28th of June, 2026.

I am still in a wheelchair, having had a Hemorrhagic Stroke since 2021.

A "bleeding stroke," medically known as a Hemorrhagic Stroke, occurs when a weakened blood vessel in the brain ruptures, spilling blood into surrounding tissue.

There are a number of new truths I have learned since the stroke.

I have centered on diets that will be beneficial to my recovery. One such diet is the alkaline diet by a certain individual, Alfredo Bowman (Dr. Sebi).
This has helped me tremendously. My weight after a day or two begins to drastically fall off. This is my very own experience. It is personal and is helping me with my rehabilitation.

This alkaline diet cleans mucous from the body. It affects blood pressure and diabeties and other unnatural levels of the body. However, check with your doctor before embarking on any diet. Extreme caution is recommended when it comes to your personal health.
I take certain herbs to supplement my alkaline food diet. In addition, I avoid hybrid and unseeded fruits and vegetables.

A proper diet plays a primary role in preventing chronic illness.

Dietary fiber serves an essential part in maintaining digestive regularity, stabilizing blood sugar, managing weight, and lowering the risk of chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers.
I am getting to the point where I feel the way I did growing up. Slim and energetic. As I continue with this diet, it keeps getting better and better for me.

However, it all started with my prayers to Almighty God. My belief became stronger, and that is what I use to overcome my situations in life.
I have always been a praying person, and this has propelled me to really try different therapies to recover my health. So it has helped me to uncover new truths in my constant research on healthy living.

I also keep thinking positively and continue to bless everyone and everything.

I am also doing another therapy that I embarked on about one month ago, on the 28th of May 2026.
This one I will be doing for long periods of time to be truly effective. I am starting to feel the effects of it. It will take some time as I continue this therapy regularly.

I will elaborate on this therapy after I get many more results from doing it.

One other point I would like to make. I use major events in life to achieve goals. For instance, now is the 2026 Soccer World Cup Tournament. I try to accomplish some goal to coincide with this Championship.
So by the time this competition has concluded, I will have achieved some goal in my life. To recover my health to walk normally, this is a good exercise for me personally.

So I choose minor goals to parallel whatever events I follow. It is a part of my goal-setting strategy.

Love Creating Video Tributes

I love creating video tributes. Ever since I became immersed in learning computers many decades ago.
There are myriad occasions on which I produce videos. I find the experience fascinating.
This skill gives me great joy.

This ability is related to photos and films. Photo-taking has been one of my ardent areas of expertise ever since I was growing up.
What is commonplace today with smartphone technology was already a talent I mastered a long time ago.

Occasions with friends and family have readily provided me with opportunities for photo sessions and filming.
These activities have given me ample time to develop my technique and versatility.

And the occurrences have been in different parts of the world, throughout my lifetime as I journey through my life.
It seems my life has been centered on serving others, providing joy, care, and compassion.
Tributes to people we honor and admire, celebrating their lives, highlighting their careers, achievements, contributions, areas of notable impact, and our cherished memories, expressing gratitude, love, appreciation, inspiration, and congratulations.
Special moments of people in different stages of their lives.
Parents, grandparents, guardians, relatives, friendships, mentors, teachers, and the elderly.
Videos in loving memories of our loved ones and our pets.
Milestones and engagements in our lives: Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, get-togethers, school functions, and reunions.
I have created and produced over a thousand of video tributes for friends, family, and private clientele.

It is part of my life, and the life of others, for whom the reels were created. The memories of these video tributes can last a lifetime, sharing our 'life', even with the younger ones. We are thus leaving our legacy for the coming generations.

It is a gift, from me to you, with love.

Continuing My Journey 2026

Here I am continuing my journey in 2026.
I have been very quiet for quite a while.
Resting, contemplating, and dealing with deaths in our family over the last month.
My family has been faced with a couple of our members passing away.

One family is a cousin in Venezuela. I knew her quite well, having spent some time in Caracas with my relatives. She was very kind and very low-key. The time I was there, she was falling in love with her husband-to-be.

Her beautiful spirit leaves a memory in my heart that I still treasure.

The other family member is related to my younger brother. His wife had a brother who died very suddenly. He took ill and was hospitalized for a short while before his last breath.

The feelings we undergo with such circumstances of human departure - pain, grief, crying, and reminiscing.
We feel old wounds as well as face new discernments.

My realizations from my prayerful meditations are that our God gives us His breath of life for how long He chooses. This makes us think of our time on this earth.

What we choose to do with that God-given time can be a blessing to others.

We grow closer to one another during this time of mourning. We share the memories with each other and we relive the moments.

One of my pastimes was taking photos of friends and family and saving those files in an online database.
Still today, I have many thousands of photos saved in the 'cloud'.

So, times such as these. I share photos of those members with all of the family. It brings feelings of joy, with accompanying crying and giving God thanks for everything that goes with life.

What this unearths is those we still have with us today. We then learn of others in our family circle and how we are progressing: Who are facing illness, and our call to care for each other with our love and prayers.

"Let all that we do, be done with love."
1 Corinthians 16:14

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”
1 Peter 4:8
