Today is the 19 of July, 2026. I continue to document my health journey. And it has been a rollercoaster ride.
One must have unshakeable faith. And we must put that faith to work, believing in God to make it happen.
With my alkali diet, I have proved to myself that this diet truly works. The weight keeps dropping. I feel more and more like I did when growing up.
Everyone who sees me tells me that they are amazed. It continues to encourage me more. My mindset is ultra positive. The results I get reinforce my beliefs.
There is more to accomplish. And every day I live now, it is an adventure into triump.
