EESystem 9th Week Treatment
EESYSTEM 9TH WEEK TREATMENT
On Thursday 26th September 2024, from around 12 pm to 6.00 pm, I had one (1) treatment at the Energy Enhancements Center in Stockholm, Sweden.
As usual, when I entered the center, I became calm and started to yawn uncontrollably. Then a deep sleep ensued.
I can sleep for over an hour. This is deep sleep in the Theta brainwave frequency.
This sleeping period improves memory, creativity, intuition, and emotional healing. And insight is gained.
Whatever thought processes I am working on, I get a deeper revelation. With this illumination, I have made a quantum leap in understanding.
So, I should share this additional benefit of being in the Energy Enhancement System Center.
I am now using a very powerful affirmative technique while in the EESystem. It makes me feel invincible, and that my healing has already taken place.
Having such a strong, potent mindset is necessary for healing. It is out of the ordinary. A strong faith moves mountains. Believe, and expect. A new belief creates a new mindset.
I am literally a new human being. This is how mind conditioning works. The beauty of this multi-therapy is that this daily continuous application brings about results.
Just keep believing. It certainly IS possible.

Mindset Lessons
MINDSET LESSONS
We can train our minds so life can be joyous and more fulfilled. And that means overcoming unwanted habits.
In my last blog post, I mentioned that -
"Just before we fall asleep and before fully waking, we can use Alpha brainwaves with a frequency range of 8 to 12 Hertz to do meditation.
"The fact is, by slowing down our heart rate, with slow rhythmic breathing we can enter in Alpha.
It is simply a very relaxed state. We can at will become relaxed with different aids.
Such as instrumental music with a beat slower than our heartbeat. Other aids are breathing slowly and deeply to cause a relaxed state.
Visualizing peaceful and quiet scenes causes one to also become calm.
When we are in such a serene state, the mind is poised and very receptive to positive thoughts and images.
The mind is now in subconscious mode. Since we are no longer active, the conscious mind is not activated fully.
So now entering positive thoughts of health and wealth will retrain the mind. This process can be short. However, it must be repeated a few times a day, and every day thereafter. This is to ensure what we are feeding our mindset will ultimately take effect.
Another important aspect to take note of is the 'words' we use to instruct our minds in our meditative state.
In another of my blog posts, I will share the importance of the sort of positive words that can be used for effective results.
Sleep Time
SLEEP TIME
Body Functions Differently During Sleep
When a person is in a state of sleep, Theta waves with a frequency range of 4-7 Hertz are associated with several different mental and physical states, including creativity, intuition, memory, and emotional healing.
This sleeping period improves memory and learning and increases feelings of well-being and creativity.
Different Brainwave Periods
When we are fully awake as in normal waking hours during daytime, it is called Beta. This Beta consists of a frequency range of 13 to 30 Hertz.
A brainwave period called Alpha happens just before sleep and after sleep. This has a frequency range of 8 to 12 Hertz.
So we have Beta brainwaves which have a frequency range of 13 to 30 Hertz.
This is when we are fully awake and we can have moods like being anxious, active, attentive, or relaxed.
Just before we fall asleep and before fully waking, we have Alpha brainwaves which have a frequency range of 8 to 12 Hertz.
This can be a period of being very relaxed or having passive attention.
When we fall asleep, we have Theta brainwaves which have a frequency range of 4 to 8 Hertz.
Here we are deeply relaxed, or inward-focused.
When we are in deep sleep, we are in a trance state, or unconscious.
We have Delta brainwaves which have a frequency range of less than 4 Hertz.
Early Bed Time Is Important
Now, I go to bed early, before 9 pm, and get my whole quota of sleep AND rest.
In the early morning, I am totally refreshed, renewed, rejuvenated, and recharged.
I also learned that the more relaxed and balanced I am when I am about to rest, my sleep time has more recovery or recharging capabilities.
This ensures I am more prepared for the next day. Because I am now energetic and delighted to achieve my envisioned day’s goals.
So when I relax, I relax totally.
I am living a wonderfully balanced life.
It’s a rhythm that makes my life sustainable.
What we do when we’re not working is as important as what we do when we are!
It does not seem that what we do at night time would contribute to our overall healthy life, but it does.
Just by nurturing ourselves, we are leading richer lives.
When we are relaxed we can then be in a much better state to return to invest our time profitably.
Living In Harmony
When we live in harmony with the natural rhythm of our 24-hour day, we sustain life optimally.
Therefore we should follow a harmonious rhythm.
Mediation
Just before we fall asleep and before fully waking, we can use Alpha brainwaves with a frequency range of 8 to 12 Hertz to do meditation.
This can be a wonderful opportunity to work on our Mindset. There are different types of meditation.
We can reprogram our minds to overcome habits in our lives.
Sleep Time Is More Important
When we get to know the human body, we realize the importance of sleep time. And we get to know that this period is more important than daytime.
Sleep time sets the pace of HOW we desire our lives to be lived. We should pay more attention to this wonderful phase of the rhythm of living. You will be surely amazed.
Have Fun Creating
HAVE FUN CREATING
Designing is such a wonderful characteristic. Cause it is involved in everything we do, from molding one's life to every aspect of living.
We are artistic directors of our very own lives. We get to mix and match and see how we look to the world.
What we project to the world and what are in consciousness should be aligned.
We can design the rooms in our homes. The inside and outside of our homes. We are interior decorators and landscape artists.
Realize we have the power within us to shape our present and future. What a mighty wand we wave? Behold our power! WE ARE CREATORS!
Livelihood
We get to design our livelihood. Whatever field of work we choose for our livelihood, we can look to see how we can employ our unique artistic imprint.
For instance, in this blog post, I choose the color of the font, the size, etc., the style of photos.
Then I have to choose the words, where I have paragraphs and headings.
As you can see, designing is in every area of functioning.
In Everything We Do
We get to choose our thoughts and ideas when we awake, we get to decide every minute detail of life.
So we see how safeguarding the sanctuary of our sacred thoughts should not be mixed with outside influences.
What we read, the words used, even in the songs we listen to at any point in time. All sources should be in absolute compliance with our desired mindset.
Life Has Its Responsibilities
We have been given life. We are stewards. We are temples.
We are blessings to one another. We bless with our words. Our work and our professions benefit each other.
How do you feel? I feel empowered! I AM a powerful being. The way we live affects others, more than we realize.
Nourishment
How we nourish our bodies AS WELL AS our minds, plays a significant role in daily living.
Mental and spiritual nourishment is more important because it affects what we put in our bodies.
We can nourish our lives with proper sleep. Sleep has a powerful impact on life. During a sufficient allotment of sleep, we rejuvenate the body AND mind. A great deal of vital processes takes place in this crucial period.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg. The next blog post will be about harnessing sleep time to live a richer, more enjoyable life. Stay tuned.
EESystem 8th Week Treatment
EESystem 8th Week Treatment
My special bus transportation has been renewed, so I am again reporting on my return to the EESystem Center in Stockholm Sweden.
On Friday 13th September 2024, from around 1 pm to 4.30 pm I had one (1) treatment at the Energy Enhancements Center in Stockholm, Sweden.
A Lot of Changes in my Life
As can be seen, there was less time spent in the EESystem as before. The reason is that I have a different mindset regarding this therapy.
Firstly, as Dr. Sandra Rose Michaels, the pioneer and the creator of the Energy Enhancement System shared "You take a nap, you say your prayers, set your intentions. You can go to a deeper meditational state than a Tibetan monk in seven minutes."
So, this time, after the initial relaxed state, I went into my mediation. What is interesting to note, is that the EESystem provides an instant meditative condition with slow-down brain waves perfect for meditation.
There I say, I have learned a tremendous lot during my last month and a half away from the EESystem.
However, these are my personal findings after exploring and experiencing more mediation styles.
So my mediation centered on my intentions. My intention is of course to get better. That is, to walk normally again with both feet.
Doing my learned style of meditation, I realized after the different stages or steps of my healing meditation, that the absolute joy I felt of 'seeing and feeling' myself healed was enough and did not necessitate me staying any longer.
It may be unwise to forego more of the therapeutic energy of the EESystem. However, I felt like I did not need to. So, I gave thanks for the beneficial energy and returned home early to do the necessary foot bath to cleanse the lymph system.
The Therapeutic Energy of the EESystem
The Energy Enhancement System has regenerated my body's cells and other healing modalities - cell regeneration, improved immune function, provided relief from pain, detoxified the body, elevated moods, and assisted in balancing the right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels.
The Energy Enhancement System is like an insurance policy on one's life. Being in the multiple bio-active life-enhancing energy fields ensures our bodies receive the morphogenic energy fields that can promote healing.
My Recent Experiences
I have been outdoors in the sunshine a tremendous amount this summer. That means breathing fresh air and enjoying the great outdoors.
One of my 'gifts' this summer, while out in the sunshine, was that my wife and I met a friend who graciously shared the story of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
How Dr. Joe Overcame
Dr. Joe suffered a back injury that had him flat on the bed on his belly. Long story short, he was able to recover from his disability which the best doctors said was not 100 % possible.
This gave me inspiration. I learned about Dr. Joe style of mediation and all the scientific facts to back up his findings.
Dr. Joe goes on to advocate the importance of having positive thoughts. This is central to all my research on healing and mediation.
What was interesting to note is that Dr. Joe began a diet of veggie and uncooked food. So the food would be easier to digest and therefore will take less energy.
A Lighter Me Again
So I returned to a diet I had embarked on a year before. When I did, the first benefit again, was my weight was drastically reduced in 'days'. I have kept on this diet. It makes me lighter and I can now move around a little better.
I am working on strengthening the body. My main goal is to overcome my 'foot drop' as is experienced by some stroke patients.
