In 2024, I Composed, Produced, & Published 500 Songs on YouTube

There is a lot happening behind the scenes. At the beginning of 2024, I promised to compose, produce, and publish a certain number of songs on YouTube. 

After I started to get over the stroke in 2021, I was able to compose, produce, and publish 57 songs in 2022. Then in 2023, I composed, produced, and published 200 songs. 

This year so far, I have now composed, produced, and published 500 songs on YouTube. And this is still October! This is a goal I aimed for and accomplished with a great deal of dedication and sustained energy. 

The way I co-created this high goal is that I worked out how many songs I would do every day, every week, and every month. This means that every single day is precious and it is God-given. 

We make each day extraordinary by blessing the time with worthwhile deeds.  We bless each other with our God-given life and energy. I feel so thankful to our loving Creator for LIFE with a grateful heart. I love you my Brothers and Sisters.

EESYSTEM 12TH WEEK TREATMENT 

On Thursday 17th October 2024, from around 12.30 am to 5.00 pm, I had one (1) treatment at the Energy Enhancements Center in Stockholm, Sweden. 

Again, I had an initial very deep sleep at the EESystem Center. After that, I focus the healing energy on my hand and foot to be able to walk normally again. 

My time there was invested in my health and got an insight into how I can continue my rehabilitation. 

Today, I followed up on my insight which was about acupressure and neuroplasticity. However, the acupressure points were ones I knew beforehand and some new ones were revealed. 

Now I seek to find solutions that do not have a cost. The only expenditure is my time and research. 

The thing about evolving further is that you can only go further after  you have taken whatever step forward you envision in your healing journey. 

What was of particular interest at the Energy Enhancement Center was the camaraderie experienced there. After our time under the EESystem, some of us before our way out got into wonderful sharing.

 

It is refreshing to learn of others and their unique healing quest. We learn from each other and share any helpful tips if they can be of benefit.

EESYSTEM 11TH WEEK TREATMENT

On Thursday 10th October 2024, from around 12.30 am to 5.00 pm, I had one (1) treatment at the Energy Enhancements Center in Stockholm, Sweden. 

Yesterday, I had an initial very deep sleep at the EESystem Center. After that, I had insights and I  took notes with my mobile phone and Google Keep. 

Now I have embarked on a major project that I have alluded to before, relating to Earth's sustainability. It is one of my significant goals that I have been visualizing to manifest in a greater way for some time. It is now becoming a reality. 

For the next days, weeks, and months, I will be working behind the scenes to develop my envisioned mission. So I will only be posting about my EESystem visits and other matters of interest.

SUSTAINABILITY - SPREADING AWARENESS 

Every one of us has a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. The cause I am most interested in is how we can sustain life on our earth. 

I have been spreading awareness for many years on my website/blog "Empower with Art". 

When I first went to reside in Brooklyn, New York, USA, in 2009, I joined the local library to learn more about the international associations sharing about environmental and related issues. 

From then till now, it has remained a lifelong passion to do my part in taking care of Mother Earth. So, sustainability is my number one focus. 

I will be providing a directory of resources on the sustainability of our earth. And you can choose which area or areas to do your part and make an important contribution, thereby seeking the betterment of our planet.

When you do, you make a difference and feel you are a part of a universal cause for the well-being of yourself and our Home - Mother Earth. 

Living a sustainable environmental lifestyle is a huge money saver. There are very economical do-it-yourself ways of living. All these will be shared as you make your life simpler and be able to live within your means.

INSPIRED ACTION 

To go for our dreams is to face adversity with the courage of someone invincible. Someone willing to only take yes for an answer. Yes to life! 

To know that you overcame de-feat and only focus on the feats of conquerors, and those of us who climb our Mt. Everest. We have learned to ascend any heights, mountains, or you-name-it, we make it happen.

When we possess such a spirit, unknown forces come to our aid. We are possessed with the magnetism to attract brave, daring souls. We feel energetic, courageous, vigorous, and bold. 

We are alive! Life is glorious, triumphant, and a winner-take-all mentality.  

We surround ourselves with ultra-positive people who are willing to rise and face those challenges that strengthen us. 

In fires that shape us into bolts of pure, unadulterated energy, pulsating through our magnificent Thor-like bodies with nerves of steel.

SEARCHING FOR MEANING FOR YOUR LIFE? 

Learn that giving may be the best investment to give life meaning. The giving that makes a difference in the lives of others, and contributes to making the world a better place.  

When we become so overcome with emotion for the good we are doing with our lives, we cry - tears of joy for making a positive impact on the world.  

Giving evokes emotion, and emotion forges a connection because it is something that matters to both the receiver and the giver. Others feel a connection to us. It is a life-changing experience. It moves us. Nothing comes close to giving from the heart. It is that authentic! Our own authenticity is our passion. 

If we genuinely love to give, we will find our reason to live. That is the meaning of life! Giving from the heart. The kind of giving, an unconditional love - it is a blessed act, a Godly deed, that is not compared to any other. It is that sacred!

We become the givers of life that is life-changing, life-moving, and life-fulfilling.

 When someone asks us to give, we have been chosen to do the blessed act. They have chosen us to receive for the sacred act of giving is receiving grace, bliss, and enlightenment from the Giver of Life. It is dharma. 

We are now fully open to receive ALL that the Universe has in overflowing abundance. It is ours. It is the Father's good pleasure to give us the kingdom. 

Then we have the consciousness to give and receive with a cup that runneth over, overflows! If we are open to receiving, with outstretched arms, we should be open to giving that much! Our quality and quantity of giving is the quality and quantity of our receiving.

FIND THE BEST IN OTHERS 

To laugh often and much: 

To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, 

To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;

 

To appreciate beauty, 

To find the best in others,

 

To leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition;

 

To know even one life has breathed easier because you lived.

EESYSTEM 10TH WEEK TREATMENT 

On Thursday 3rd October 2024, from around 1 pm to 6.00 pm, I had one (1) treatment at the Energy Enhancements Center in Stockholm, Sweden. 

Yesterday, after my initial deep sleep at EESystem, the insights, the discernments, or the intuition, call it what you will, just kept coming while I was in there. 

I had my mobile phone with me and I started writing as fast as these thoughts came. It was an exhilarating experience. 

I use Google Keep as my go-to notetaker. It is on all my computing devices. So that means everything is synchronized across my mobile phone, and my tablet and computers at home. 

I do not take the phone with me when I go to bed at night. That way I wait till just before getting up in the morning then I know those are the thoughts I have to work on. 

However, these thoughts that came to me yesterday, are ideas for me to act on. It does not mean they are guaranteed to succeed. The reason is that if other people are involved in the determination of a deed, it also depends on their consciousness as well.  However, it is a step forward. If it is not successful, then other solutions will manifest. And so life goes on.

So, for the rest of this day and the forthcoming weeks, I will be working on my list of over twenty (20) items.  And giving praise and thanks to the Divine and blessing everyone for whatever we share with each other. All of us are seeking ways to better our lives with one another as we live here on earth.

The usual footbath was carried out to cleanse the lymph system. This is to aid the process of cell regeneration that takes place while in the EESystem.

LOVING OTHERS 

We should always seek the happiness of others and the highest good for them, living in understanding and peace. When we make ourselves pure and loving, it is the embodiment of our Higher Intelligence - our Loving Creator.

Beautiful is that humility of soul! One goes out and breathes upon neighbor and stranger, friend and adversary alike, the breath of blessedness. 

We grow richer by being of humble service to one another. If we see something we dislike within others, pray and see the purity within them. For we are all growing into perfection.

For whatever we wish upon another, we wish upon ourselves. Because those very thoughts create vibrations in our very own bodies affecting only us. Therefore we should wish everyone the best. 

That is why Jesus said we should love our enemies. And if we love our enemies, we are loving them as we love ourselves.

So be extremely careful of our thoughts towards others. Like a boomerang, those thoughts are directed to ourselves. What we wish upon another, we are wishing upon ourselves.

GRATEFUL HEART

Being resourceful, I have developed a more enduring spirit and mindset using imaginative solutions. For those of us who will fight bravely and not yield, there is triumphant victory in overcoming!

Ultimately to triumph over every inward challenge—such is man’s divine destiny, such his glorious goal.  We are all learners in the school of life to master the lessons of living.

My health hurdles create unusual contests. By using mindful techniques and strategies, I have reshaped my thinking. 

I have been advocating the constant utilization of an affirmative mentality. My expanding thinking has fostered incremental improvements and breakthroughs in my own healing methodologies.

Sharing my journey is of interest to my community of friends, and family. At the same time, it can benefit others if they feel they can gain from it. 

All of these friends and family are supporting my individual recovery.  

The gradual small steps – can be a minor efficiency gain or a slight improvement in my healing. However, with consistent frequency and compounding effects, these minute actions can turn into mammoth gains. 

I am constantly challenging myself. By thinking short-term and long-term, I am forever evolving my strategies. To me, it is a game, and I intend to win. I am all too familiar with the term 'life triumphant'. 

I am using mindset and meditation. Also, I apply creative visualization which employs imagery. The vibrations we get from the pictures we use have a strong effect on our consciousness.

The subconscious works in pictures. So photos from my past serve to give the feeling of health and vitality. This photo is from when I was the fittest in my youth.

I am always trying to initiate new ideas. I am learning different modalities of meditation, diet, and overcoming. I gain new insight with each method and procedure. This is akin to a biohacker. 

I cultivate a positive mindset and foster a holistic well-being. I envisioned my life of walking normally and energetically, enjoying life to the fullest. 

Overcoming adversity is a part of life, to which no one is immune. The gift of life comes with many lessons. We grow and develop as we learn. 

However, the divine intelligence of our bodies can do the job far better than we can. The subconscious part of us can be programmed to aid in our recovery. 

Sometimes we can be so softened down, harmonized, and wisely directed, as to become obedient servants for the outworking of enlightened purposes. 

Be joyful all the time and be ever so grateful. I am so thankful, for the support I receive from my wife, dear friends, and family. You give me the impetus I need to carry on. 

I cannot let you guys down. You all have invested so much of your energy in me. That is real love. 

I am so extremely thankful to all of you, for your support, financial and otherwise. For your words of encouragement, your prayers, your upliftment, even those of you silently urging me on. I keep hearing your whispers in the wind beckoning me onwards. I feel so humbled.
