The Christ Way

Living the Christ Way is developing habits of power.
We learn to persevere as we live each day.

The more we live the Christ Way, the more we are enriched, blessed, and consecrated. The Joy of the Lord is my strength.

We walk in power. We walk in faith. We believe in victory. However faith without works is dead. We therefore exercise our faith.
We see ourselves as Christ sees us. Wholesome, healthy, bold, brave, prosperous, joyful, peaceful, and blessed. Angels surround us.

This is the Christ Way!

Asking For A Miracle

Asking is so heartfelt and deeply emotional!
In fact, asking for anything takes a lot of courage for some of us. Especially those of us who do not like to do so. It goes against our basic instinct.

Unless we are truly forced to do so. We feel we are betraying ourselves.

However, as Christians, we are taught to cry out to God for His mercy and to love Him with all of our heart and soul.

So I am praying to God, asking for His saving grace.
"Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them." Mark 11:24

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6

"For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord." Jeremiah 30:17
So I am kindly asking you to pray with me to help me overcome my disability from a hemorrhagic stroke.

Knowing that angels abound, I am praying for angels in my life for my miracle.

And, I know prayers work, but I do not know how. I have been trying different healing therapies.
Thus, I continue to pray ceaselessly while I continue doing my rehabilitation therapy. I pray to walk again normally by exercising my faith in God.
I give thanks to all of you who have given me support in different ways. Prayers, words of encouragement, donations for my medical care, and rehabilitation.

I continue practising rehabilitation activities after the stroke, which has helped me regain some of my skills, such as walking, talking, and using my affected arm and leg.

This process is known as neuroplasticity. It begins after a stroke, and it can continue for years.

I pursue my ongoing ability to effectively use digital technologies, including computers and the internet, for various purposes.

Blogging and creating websites for others has earned me a minor income stream and has helped me in small ways, for which I am thankful.

I have appealed to organizations that I had been involved in during my years in social welfare work. I loved serving in these groups.

I still pray and ask God to pour out His blessings upon all for their help and support. As Christians, we are taught to love without judging others.

I am truly blessed with an angel of a wife and some other dear friends.  Thank you God!
Still, I hope, pray, and act in faith for more miracles in my life. This journey of overcoming is one of boundless faith and courage.

I continue my quest to walk away from this wheelchair. Some devices help those of us in wheelchairs walk and sit as described in the Zeen.

And the same benefits can be had in the LifeGlider, with fewer features and cheaper in price.
My prayer is to get support to acquire any of these devices to continue my physical therapy to ensure I walk again. To walk outside in Europe, here, at home, while it is warm.
My measurements are Standard Size

Since my stroke, I have lost most of my benefits, my income, and my finances.

However, I am willing to reimburse, through small payments, anyone, or a group of caring souls, who can help me acquire this device. Or work as a virtual assistant, as I did before the stroke. And maybe get an income working.

I know all of us are going through our own trials. As we support each other, my fervent prayer is for you to achieve triumph over what you are facing. We all have to persevere. Life is precious. It is sacred. It is a blessing.

I thank all who can help, in whatever way you can, no matter how small. Thank you for your prayers and for sharing my story. Every bit makes a huge difference in the grand scheme of things. Your invaluable support is greatly appreciated.

This website/blog acts like my personal online diary. So you can follow my rehabilitation journey here.
All praise and glory to You, our God. Thanks to all your Angels serving You in heaven and on earth.

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

Lord, God, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and empower me to do Your works, so that my life will bring glory and honor to Your Holy Name. I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Angels Amongst Us

The song "Angels Amongst Us" is based on a true story of the songwriter Becky Hobbs.

'Angels Amongst Us' Lyrics

I was walkin' home from school
on a cold winter day
Took a shortcut through the woods,
and I lost my way
It was gettin' late,
and I was scared and alone
But then a kind old man took my hand
and led me home
Mama couldn't see him,
but he was standin' there
And I knew in my heart,
he was the answer to my prayers

Oh I believe there are angels among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above
They come to you and me
in our darkest hours
To show us how to live,
to teach us how to give
To guide us with the light of love

When life held troubled times,
and had me down on my knees
There's always been someone there to come along and comfort me
A kind word from a stranger,
to lend a helpin' hand
A phone call from a friend,
just to say I understand
And ain't it kind of funny
that at the dark end of the road
Someone lights the way
with just a single ray of hope

Oh I believe there are angels among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above
They come to you and me
in our darkest hours
To show us how to live,
to teach us how to give

To guide us with the light of love
They wear so many faces;
show up in the strangest places
To grace us with their mercy,
in our time of need

Oh I believe there are angels among us
Sent down to us from somewhere up above
They come to you and me
in our darkest hours
To show us how to live,
to teach us how to give
To guide us with the light of love
To guide us with the light of love

The song "Angels Among Us," performed by the renowned group Alabama, is a moving tribute to the power of miracles.

But the story behind the writing of this song is a miracle in itself.

Songwriter Becky Hobbs had composed hits for stars like Conway Twitty, Emmylou Harris, and Glen Campbell.

In 1994, Cash Box Magazine named our Independent Country Music Female Artist Of The Year.

Her biggest dream came true when Alabama took 'Angels Among Us' to the top of the charts for over a year, but that dream began with a nightmare.

When the members of Alabama heard Becky's song, they too were deeply moved.
